💎 The Alchemy of Perimenopause

Womb Ways (Womb School Series): Cyclical Body Wisdom & Practice

with Dr. Kris González, DAcCHM

Date: 10.10.2026

Time: 3:30 - 5:30pm

Location: Claremont Yoga in Claremont, CA

In East Asian Medicine, perimenopause is considered our Autumn years, governed by the Metal element. Our Metal organs, the Lung and Large Intestine, help us with breath, boundaries, and refinement, taking in, keeping what's needed, and letting go of the rest.

In the West, this life stage is so often framed as decline, a slow loss to manage or medicate away. East Asian Medicine holds it differently. This path isn't decline. It's distillation, a gathering of everything a whole life has grown in you, refined down to what's essential, carrying you toward the deep rest and wisdom of your Water, or elder, years ahead.

Come learn what your Autumn years are actually asking of you, through seasonal teaching, guided acupressure, and gentle qigong practice built for this life stage.

What we'll do:

Teaching on perimenopause through the lens of East Asian Medicine
Guided acupressure practice for this life stage
Gentle qigong movement
Mirror Work: assessing our harvest, what stays, and what goes

Each participant will receive:

A small gift to support you in this life phase
A workbook containing workshop curriculum, self-tending practices, and journaling prompts
