Your menstrual cycle is a barometer of your health and vitality, a monthly readout of what's actually happening underneath everything else. In East Asian Medicine, menstruation is considered one of the three Golden Opportunities, alongside postpartum and perimenopause, gateways the body offers us to strengthen our constitution at the root.

Shen, our spirit, lives in the Blood. During your bleed, you're in an altered, seeing state, closer to your own intuition than almost any other point in your cycle. East Asian Medicine teaches us how to deeply understand and care for this phase, its own physiology, its own wisdom, rather than pushing through it as an inconvenience.

Come learn how to attune to your cycle with cyclical teachings through the lens of East Asian Medicine, guided acupressure, and gentle qigong practice built around your blood phase.

What we'll do:

Teaching on menstruation through the lens of East Asian Medicine
Guided acupressure practice for the bleed
Gentle qigong movement
Reflection and ritual to meet this altered, seeing state

Each participant will receive:

A small gift to support you in your blood phase
A workbook containing workshop curriculum, self-tending practices, and journaling prompts
