In East Asian Medicine, this is when breath and boundary become your essential tools of protection as you engage in the art of discernment. Pre-menstrual power is exactly that: an edge, a clarity, a sharpened honesty that shows up right before the bleed and is too often dismissed as something to manage rather than something to trust.

This gathering reframes that edge as power, not pathology. We'll talk about what Metal is actually asking of you here: the emotional clarity, the lowered patience for what no longer fits, the pull toward solitude and precision, and how to work with it rather than against it. We'll explore mindfulness practices that reveal how your own Metal element is moving this cycle, alongside acupressure and remedies suited to this sharpened, discerning window before your next bleed.
